Create Terror Darkness Conjuration 1 7 Ranged Mind Altering -
Causes target of spell to cower in fear for 1 minute. Running from the caster's sight becomes the target's highest priority.
Pestilence Darts Darkness Conjuration 1 5 Ranged - -
Allows caster to throw 4 spell packets each doing 1 Damage. All darts must be used within 10 seconds of casting.
Spirit Guard Darkness Divination 1 6 Touch - Enhancement
Binds an ambient spirit to the target for remainder of the period. This spirit will protect the spell's target from the next physical surprise attack, at which point the spirit is released. Requires 30 seconds of concentration to cast.
Blindness Darkness Alteration 2 12 Ranged - -
Causes target to become blind for 30 seconds. Target can not fight in melee unless he/she has Combat Sense.
Dark Daggers Darkness Conjuration 2 9 Ranged - -
Allows the caster to throw 2 spell packets each doing 2 points of Aggravated Damage. All daggers must be used within 10 seconds of casting.
Devil Shield Darkness Divination 2 8 Touch - Enhancement
Binds a minor devil to the target for remainder of period. This devil will protect the spell's target from the next magical attack, at which point the devil is released (or sometimes destroyed). Requires 30 seconds of concentration to cast.
Madness Darkness Alteration 2 10 Ranged Mind Altering -
Causes target of spell to become insane. He/She is stark, raving mad for 1 minute. Spells are impossible, but physical attacks are encouraged, although not necessary.
Cripple Darkness Apportation 3 13 Ranged - -
Target of this spell experiences extreme pain in his/her legs and is unable to walk. Duration: 1 minute.
Invade Dreams Darkness Divination 3 13 Touch Mind Altering -
Allows the caster to implant a nightmare into the dreams of the target. The target cannot sleep peacefully that night, and will suffer from -1 maximum Body when they awaken.
Shade Lance Darkness Conjuration 3 15 Ranged - -
Allows the caster to throw a spell packet doing 7 points of Damage.
Bring Decay Death Conjuration 1 4 Personal - -
Causes all perishable items within 2 feet of the caster to begin rotting almost immediately. Milk curdles, fruit rots, etc.
Death Script Death Divination 1 2 Touch - -
Transforms one page of writing into a specialized form of writing called "Death Script". Death Script is a kind of secret code used to "hide" the secrets of Death magic. Also used to change the same back to normal writing.
Feign Death Death Divination 1 4 Touch - -
Target of spell appears to have no pulse, respiration, or other vital signs. Target appears dead to mundane means of detection. Target must remain still and silent except for normal breathing. Duration: 5 minutes or until target moves or speaks.
Sense Un-Life Death Divination 1 3 Personal - -
Enables caster to determine if a specific target within 10' of him/herself is Unholy. No spell packet is required.
Winds of Decay Death Apportation 1 5 Personal - -
Minor form of levitation which allows the caster to float up to six inches above the ground. Calls upon all things in the caster's area to release its rotting stench, and the caster essentially walks upon these tufts of decay. As a result a horrible smell is evident when this spell is employed. Lasts for one minute.
Cause Wounds Death Conjuration 2 9 Ranged - -
Target takes 4 points of Damage.
Death's Silence Death Divination 2 6 Touch - -
Prevents the next divination spell from working on target corpse. May be cast multiple times on the same corpse. Death's Silence is an exception to itself.
Diagnose Disease Death Divination 2 7 Touch - -
Enables caster to determine what naturally occurring disease target of the spell is afflicted by.
Frailty Death Alteration 2 7 Ranged - -
Causes Target to become weakened, throwing 1 less Damage in combat, and losing any enhanced strength for 1 minute.
Rot Flesh Death Conjuration 2 6 Ranged - -
Cause's a target's living tissue to begin rotting. Does 2 points of Body Damage.
Senility Death Divination 2 9 Ranged Mind Altering -
Target of spell suffers from forgetfulness for the next 5 minutes. i.e. Unable to remember spells, information, and non-combat skills. Knowledge will return after 5 minutes and subject may suspect that he was the target of a spell or effect.
Cause Infection Death Conjuration 3 12 Ranged - -
All Damage already taken by the target of this spell is converted to "Aggravated" Damage due to mundane infection.
Command Unholy Death Alteration 3 13 Ranged - -
Allows caster to control target mindless Unholy. i.e. skeleton, zombie, etc... Duration 5 minutes. Commands must be simple and direct, such that the creature can understand.
Muscle Seizure Death Apportation 3 13 Ranged - -
Caster specifies one of target's limbs which becomes immobilized. Duration: 1 minute
Release Bound Spirit Death Alteration 3 15 Touch - -
Releases a spirit which is magically bound to an item or corpse. Will not work on a ritually bound spirit.
Secrets of the Dead Death Divination 3 12 Touch - -
When cast on a corpse which is less than an hour old, the spirit must answer the next "yes" or "no" question truthfully.
Burning Hands Elemental Conjuration 1 3 Personal - Enhancement
Allows the casting Mage to use claws which do 1 point of Fire Damage. If target of this spell already uses claws, then they add +1 Fire Damage. Duration: 1 minute. Requires 30 seconds of concentration to cast.
Feather Light Elemental Apportation 2 10 Touch - -
Summons basic forces of air to cause target to fall to the ground like a feather. Target cannot weight more than 300 lbs.
Fireball Elemental Conjuration 2 9 Ranged - -
Causes 4 points of Fire Damage.
Stone Skin Elemental Alteration 2 6 Touch - Enhancement
Bestows the target of this spell with stone-like skin, which gives +5 Armour Points. Duration EOP or until destroyed. Requires 30 seconds of concentration to cast.
Earth Grip Elemental Apportation 3 14 Ranged - -
Earth under target of this spell grips the target around the ankles, and prevents movement. Use of Incredible Strength allows target to break free immediately. Duration: 5 minutes
Earth Strike Elemental Conjuration 3 12 Ranged - -
Causes 5 points of Earth Damage to target.
Find Path Elemental Divination 3 13 Personal - -
Allows caster to determine path a creature has used to get away. The trail must be less than 1 hour old. Duration: 1 hour
Awaken Life Conjuration 1 5 Touch - -
Wakes target from any natural or artificially induced sleep.
Detect Lie Life Divination 1 4 Touch - -
Allows the caster to sense if the next statement from the target is a lie.
Detect Life Life Divination 1 3 Personal - -
Allows caster to detect the presence of all life within a 5' radius. This includes plant AND animal life, but cannot distinguish between the two.
Barkskin Life Alteration 2 7 Touch - Enhancement
Hardens the target's skin to a consistency much like that of a tree's bark. Target receives +3 Armour points. Duration: EOP or until destroyed. Requires 30 seconds of concentration to cast.
Bestow Strength Life Alteration 2 8 Touch - Enhancement
Grants Strength Rush to target for 1 minute.
Charm Animal Life Divination 2 8 Ranged Mind Altering -
Causes target of "animal" intelligence, or less, to become non-aggressive to the caster. Target will not attack the caster. Duration: 5 minutes.
Glide Life Apportation 2 9 Touch - -
Allows target of this spell to float downward, under the power of gravity, much like a flying squirrel.
Sense Abilities Life Divination 2 10 Touch - -
Allows the caster to approximate the current level of ONE of the following attributes: Body, Armour, DEX, END, PRE
Sleep Life Conjuration 2 8 Ranged Mind Altering -
Induces target into a perfectly natural sleep. Target can be awakened by any natural means.
Spider Climb Life Apportation 2 8 Touch - -
Bestows the target of this spell with the ability to climb almost any surface much like a spider can. Duration: 2 minutes.
Weakness Life Alteration 2 9 Ranged - -
Causes Target to become weakened, throwing 1 less Damage in combat, and losing any enhanced strength for 1 minute.
Cheetah Speed Life Apportation 3 15 Personal - -
Allows caster to call a brief hold, and take 10 leaping steps at which point game is called on again.
Instill Bravery Life Conjuration 3 12 Touch Mind Altering -
Removes the effects of Fear or terror from target.
Vigor Life Alteration 3 13 Touch - -
Grant target +2 Body until the end of period or until lost. These are the first points of Body lost in combat. Requires 30 seconds of concentration to cast
Color Spray Light Conjuration 1 5 Ranged - -
Allows caster to throw a spell packet for 2 Damage.
Detect Illusion Light Divination 1 2 Touch - -
Caster is able to tell whether a specific target is or is not an Illusion, or is under the effects of an Illusion type of spell.
Light Light Conjuration 1 3 Personal - -
Allows mage to use a properly prepared flashlight or other similar lighting device for 5 minutes.
Truth Light Light Divination 1 5 Touch Mind Altering -
Target must answer the next "Yes or No" question truthfully.
Blinding Flash Light Conjuration 2 7 Ranged - -
Causes a bright flash, blinding target for 10 seconds.
Mirror Image Light Alteration 2 7 Touch - Enhancement
Next "Hit' is a "Miss" Duration: EOP, Latent. Requires 30 seconds of concentration to cast.
Prismatic Sphere Light Conjuration 2 9 Ranged - -
Allows caster to throw 1 spell packet doing 3 Damage.
Rainbow Bracers Light Conjuration 2 10 Touch - Enhancement
Grants +3 Armour Points. Duration: EOP or until destroyed. Requires 30 seconds of concentration to cast.

Allows a mage to see through 1 meter of solid material. The player must go out of game for 10 seconds to look into the desired room or chamber.
Speed of Light Light Apportation 3 15 Personal - -
Allows caster to call a brief hold, and take 10 leaping steps at which point game is called on again.
Sun Strike Light Alteration 3 12 Ranged - -
Spell must be cast in direct sunlight and causes 7 Solar Damage.
Transfixing Gaze Light Alteration 3 11 Personal Mind Altering -
Caster stares at target, and target can do nothing but stare back once eye contact is established. If it is too dark for eye contact, then spell does not work. Spell is called when eye contact is established, no packet or touch is necessary. Spell ends once eye contact is broken.
Detect Magikal Aura Magikal Divination 1 2 Personal - -
Detects the presence of magic in a 5' radius. This includes Runes, Enchantments, Wards, etc.
Hide Aura Magikal Divination 1 4 Touch - -
Hides the Magical Aura of an item, or rune from the next "Divination" type spell.
Mystic Star Magikal Conjuration 2 7 Ranged - -
Allows a mage to throw a spell packet causing 3 points of Magik Damage.
Sending Magikal Divination 2 8 Personal - -
Allows the caster to send a message to another player in-game. Caster must go to logistics, or nearest marshal. A short written note, of 25 words or less is given to an out-of-game runner who tries to find the intended target. If runner cannot find target player in 30 min., spell expires.
Enchanted Error Magikal Alteration 3 13 Touch - -
Causes a target Rune to appear as a different Rune.
Mystic Bonds Magikal Conjuration 3 14 Ranged - -
Target of this spell must cross hands at the wrists and keep them so until the spell wears off. Duration: 5 minutes
Spell Toss Magikal Apportation 3 12 Personal - -
Allows any spell with a range of Touch to be cast with a spell packet. Spell Toss is cast first, and then the "Touch" spell is cast and the packet can be thrown.
Detect Magic Non-living Divination 1 3 Touch - -
Allows caster to detect the presence of magic on a specific item, but not the nature of that magic.
Divine Rune Non-living Divination 1 4 Touch - -
Allows caster to tell the Knowledge, Control, and purpose of a target Rune.
Glue Non-living Apportation 1 8 Touch - -
A 1' x 1' square area is covered by a thin, but very sticky substance. Substance is strong enough to prevent most beings from walking if spread on a floor. The glue remains until end of period or until used. A target will remain stuck for 1 minute.
Magic Bullet Non-living Conjuration 1 4 Ranged - -
Mage pantomimes swinging a sling about his head and then releases a spell packet which becomes a small metal sling bullet. Spell packet does 2 Damage.
Read Language Non-living Divination 1 9 Personal - -
Allows Caster to read any non-mystical language. Duration: 1 minute.
Deep Pockets Non-living Alteration 2 8 Personal - -
Alters the omnidimensional trans-spatial phasing of target pocket or pouch, thereby making it immune to the Pick Pockets skill. Duration: EOP
Erase Non-living Divination 2 8 Touch - -
Erases most mystical writings, such as Wizard Marks and glyphs, but will not destroy Magikal Runes.
Harden Leather Armour Non-living Alteration 2 9 Touch - Enhancement
Strengthens Leather class armour, adding +50% of current Leather armour value. Duration: EOP or until destroyed. Requires 30 seconds of concentration to cast.
Keen Blade Non-living Alteration 2 8 Touch - Enhancement
Causes a weapon's blade to become mystically sharp, thus adding +1 to Damage for one minute. Edged weapons only.
Open Lock Non-living Apportation 2 9 Touch - -
Caster can open target Rank 1 lock.
Rope Bind Non-living Apportation 2 10 Ranged - -
Requires caster to throw a small section (about 1 Foot) of rope (in place of spell packet) at a human sized target. Target is then entwined in a rope of the same making as the rope segment. Target can not use arms or legs. Dispelled when rope is cut or broken.
Wizard Mark Non-living Divination 2 7 Touch - -
Allows the caster to put his personal mark on any solid surface, including flesh.
Harden Metal Armour Non-living Alteration 3 13 Touch - Enhancement
Strengthens metal Armour, adding +50% of current metal Armour value. Duration: EOP or until destroyed. Requires 30 seconds of concentration to cast.
Kendrick's Precious Metal Non-living Alteration 3 13 Touch - -
Kendrick was a thief who studied magic just long enough to develop this spell. It can turn a small amount of metal, such as a few coins (about 10), into one of the following precious metals: Gold, Silver, Copper. The spell literally changes the metal, but lasts only 30 seconds. Kendrick spent the rest of his life with out any hands.
Knock Non-living Apportation 3 12 Touch - -
Dispels a Wizard Lock on an item or door.
Telekinesis Non-living Apportation 3 14 Personal - -
Caster can move any object of 5 pounds or less up to 10 feet through force of will. No spell packet required, but caster must maintain line of sight. Duration of control: 30 seconds.
Wizard Lock Non-living Apportation 3 13 Touch - -
Invisible, magical lock often placed on doors, chests, and sometimes books. The password can be softly uttered by anyone to dispel the lock.
